FPO ADULT ONLY MARTIAL ARTS FITNESS CLASS

This class is for adults wanting to train with other adults to get in great shape while learning Taekwondo, Boxing, Kick Boxing, and Grappling.

FUN – SAFE – CHALLENGING

Think about becoming stronger, more athletic, more flexible – We have a great time.  

Let’s face it – we sit around too much.  Come get YOU back.

Taught in a highly supportive safe class environment where you are motivated to work hard but at your pace.

This is a small class made up of both men and women ranging in ages from 25 – 60.  We don’t care what your age is – we just want you to get fit, learn some really great skills and have FUN!
